WORKING PRINCIPLES
The main body of Juntai Dewatering Screw Press generally consists of fixed rings, moving rings and screw shafts. After the sludge goes into the filtration unit, the sludge is quickly thickened by the relative moving of the fixed rings and moving rings and the filtrate is quickly discharged through the gap between the fixed rings and moving rings. When the sludge is gradually pushed towards the dewatering zone, the space of the filtration chamber gets smaller and smaller and internal pressure gets stronger and stronger. In addition to the pressure that the back pressure plate produces, the sludge is greatly squeezed and dewatered and finally discharged outside of the equipment.
