Working Principle and Operational Features
Two rotors are mounted on a pair of parallel shafts and enclosed within an oval-shaped housing. A consistent clearance is maintained between the rotors and the housing interior, as well as between the rotors themselves. While rotating at a constant speed in opposite directions, the impellers capture pockets of gas between their blades and the casing, continuously moving it from the intake to the outlet.
The rotors are kept in perfect synchronization without making physical contact, enabling high-speed operation without internal lubrication. Due to its straightforward design, this blower ensures smooth and reliable performance. These features make it highly versatile, and it is extensively employed across a broad range of industries.

Product Features
The impeller and shaft are integrally cast as a single unit, providing high machining accuracy and structural strength.
Helical gears ensure smooth power transmission and quiet operation.
CR-brand fluoroelastomer oil seals combined with PTFE labyrinth air seals deliver outstanding wear and high-temperature resistance.
The gear side is supported by double-row ball bearings for increased service life.
On the drive end, cylindrical roller bearings are used to significantly improve load capacity.
Tuthil's proprietary noise-reducing cylinder design effectively minimizes turbine operating noise.
Multiple mounting options are supported: the same base adapts to both horizontal and vertical intake orientations, and the drive shaft can be positioned to the left, right, top, or bottom as required.
A dual oil tank system with splash lubrication on both gear and drive ends enhances heat dissipation and ensures effective lubrication of bearings and gears.
