Working Principle and Operational Features
Two impellers are mounted on a pair of parallel shafts. A small clearance is consistently maintained between the impellers and the inner wall of the oval-shaped casing, as well as between the impellers themselves. As the impellers rotate at a constant speed in opposite directions, they trap a certain volume of gas between the casing and the impeller blades. This gas is then conveyed continuously from the intake side to the discharge side.
The impellers remain precisely synchronized and do not make contact with each other during operation. This design allows for high-speed rotation without the need for internal lubrication. Thanks to its simple construction, the blower operates smoothly and delivers stable performance. These characteristics make it suitable for a wide variety of applications, and it is widely used across numerous industries.

Product Features
- The impeller and shaft are cast integrally, ensuring high overall machining precision and structural integrity.
- Helical gears provide smooth transmission and low noise operation.
- Equipped with CR-brand fluoroelastomer oil seals and PTFE labyrinth air seals, offering excellent wear and high-temperature resistance.
- The gear side is supported by double-row ball bearings for extended durability.
- The drive end uses cylindrical roller bearings, significantly enhancing load-carrying capacity.
- Features Tuthil's proprietary noise-reducing cylinder design to effectively lower main turbine noise.
- Supports flexible mounting options: the same base can be used for both horizontal and vertical air intake orientations. The drive shaft position can be adjusted to left, right, top, or bottom as needed.
- Dual oil tank structure with splash lubrication at both gear and drive ends improves heat dissipation and ensures efficient lubrication of bearings and gears.
