The diffuser (10) for waste water includes a cylindrical body (11) with a spiral surface (12, 12a) inside. There is a bubbler (13) at the bottom and an air distributor (14) at the top. It is best to arrange a second bubbler around the air distributor (14) on the top. Each bubbler is composed of a hopper (15) with a large bottom surface, and the large bottom surface is provided with fins extending radially from its periphery. The air distributor includes a truncated cone part (24), which has a small bottom surface composed of a cone element (25), and the cone element and the side of the hopper have holes (26, 27).
